About Dr. Fan and Her Therapy

Dr. Alice Fan graduated with a Medical Degree from the Medical University of Beijing, in China in 1976. Beijing is China's capital city. Beijing University is recognised as the most prestigious medical university in China and has a worldwide reputation for its excellence. Prior to her arrival in Canada in 1993, Dr. Fan was the chief doctor at the China's Academy of Medical Sciences. Dr. Fan and her team of researchers carried out many case studies on the human heart, its central nerve system and blood vessels, the respiratory system as well as tumours.

The Foot Nerve Therapy concentrates on pressure points located on the instep of the human foot and this form of therapy can be dated back to the Ming Dynasty in China around 350-400 years ago. Since then, Foot Nerve Therapy has been passed down through nine generations of healers. This is a technique that is free of medication and does not involve any medical instruments, implements nor surgery. The human hands are all that is required.

 Dr. Fan was taught the special technique by a venerable old man, an accomplished practitioner of this medical approach, had been ill and lain in the hospital for ten years with heart failure. She became the old man's doctor for three years before he was convinced that Dr. Fan had the skills and discipline required to master such a complex form of therapy. On a one-on-one basis, through verbal instructions, “The Master” passed on to Dr. Alice Fan all he learned from the previous eight generations about the Foot Nerve Therapy. It was later that Dr. Fan compiled and wrote down his methods.

Dr. Fan has been researching and collecting data since 1980 based on the positive results of Foot Nerve Therapy by combining this ancient technique with western medicine to accelerate its capabilities to heal almost any illness. Ever since the opening of the first Foot Nerve Therapy Centre in 1990 in Beijing, Dr. Fan has worked successfully with countless numbers of patients treating diseases such as Lou Gehrig's Disease (ALS), Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Parkinson's Disease and many more. She has appeared as a special guest on Beijing Television and was featured many times on Chinese National Television, China Daily and People's Daily newspaper have reported Dr. Fan on her techniques and methods extensively.

Since Dr. Fan's arrival in Canada in 1993, she has continued her researches and has treated many patients of various ethnic backgrounds with different diseases and illness. In hopes of being able to broaden her research and the treatment itself, Dr. Fan has began to train the next generation of doctors to assist her in her work.
